This existing Route Map page is now the Web Builder Planning Map. It holds the theme, brand, fonts, header/footer, feature ownership and future-table planning that should not crowd the working Studio canvas.

Next pass can safely slim the Studio page so it focuses on slug, device preview, builder canvas, save/publish, preview, form, inbox and debug.
