Opening the submitting Form Designer

This safe loader restores the working V7.12.300.51 Form Designer, patches only the private-message kind, then re-runs the original scripts in the correct order.

Fix: kind:'form_private_message' becomes kind:'message'. The form source remains in meta.source.
